Services
Show services will be available in the online Service Manual beginning July 15
Vehicles on Display
Vehicles (or trailers) that will be part of a display MUST BE in an island space. It is your responsibility to obtain an island space if you will be displaying a vehicle or trailer in your booth. Exhibitors displaying vehicles must also notify show management at least 45 days prior to the show what will be displayed so that a targeted move-in schedule can be created. Check back here for reporting requirements.
Weapons on Display
Exhibitors displaying firearms must notify show management no less than 30 days prior to the show of what firearms will be displayed. All weapons will be secured in an onsite armory with 24 hours security. Exhibitors will check their weapons out each morning prior to the show and check them back in at the close of each show day. All firearms must have the firing pins removed or be otherwise rendered safe. Check back here for reporting requirements.
