Conference Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and mailed, faxed (703-836-4543), or e-mailed (conf2010@theiacp.org) to IACP headquarters.  A penalty will apply.  No telephone cancellations will be accepted.  It will take a minimum of six weeks to receive a refund.

 

A $50 penalty will be assessed on all cancellations postmarked or faxed/e-mailed dated on or before September 30, 2010.

 

A $75 penalty will be assessed on all cancellations postmarked or faxed/e-mailed dated between October 1-20, 2010.

 

No refunds will be issued on or after October 21, 2010.  No refunds will be given for no-shows.

 

Please note:  Registration may be transferred to another person in your organization by written request to IACP prior to September 24, 2010.  After this date, all changes must be made on-site at the conference.  Additional charges may apply.
