A. Thursday, October 21st, 2010 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Vehicle Move-in Only
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Island Booth Move-in Only
Friday, October 22nd, 2010 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. All Exhibits Move-in
Saturday, October 23rd, 2010 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. All Exhibits Move-in
All Exhibits must be set by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 23rd, 2010. No Sunday set-up allowed.

Q. How do I make a booth payment?
|
|
|
A. Submit Booth payment through Exhibitor Service Center. Log-in with your password to www.theiacpconference.org/iacp2010/public/e_Login.aspx . Edit tab “My Account”, you can submit booth payments online.
Final Payment is Due April 15th, 2010
Applications received after April 15th, 2010 require full payment.
Cancellation: No refunds will be made after April 15th, 2010

Q. Is IACP’s Host Chief’s Night included with my Exhibitor registration?
|
|
|
A. IACP’s Host Chief’s Night is included with all “Full Conference” Exhibitor registrations. IACP’s Host Chief’s Night is NOT included with “Exhibits Only” Exhibitor registrations. A limited number of individual tickets for Host Chief’s Night are available on-site only.

Q. What if I want to cancel downsize, or move?
|
|
|
A. Cancellations: All Cancellations must be received in writing. Companies will not be considered cancelled until they receive written confirmation from IACP. All Cancellation received on or prior to April 15th, 2010 will forfeit 25% of the total booth space cost. All cancellation received after April 15th, 2010 will be financially liable for the total booth space cost. Companies cannot sublet their space to other companies.
Downsize: Exhibitors wishing to downsize may be required to move to a new location. Exhibitors may request to downsize but they are financially responsible for the total cost of their initially reserved booth space.
Move: Companies wishing to be moved to a new location, but the booth space is not available, will be put on a waitlist. Priority points will be taken into consideration if the booth space becomes available.
